The combination of unusual movement tasks, exercises for cognitive skills and perception activates both your brain and your cardiovascular system. The varied stimuli promote the formation of new neuronal connections and at the same time support better blood circulation, which has a positive effect on your heart health.
You can become more stress-resistant, relaxed and focussed. At the same time, you will improve your attention, memory and motor coordination. The high fun and laughter factor increases your dopamine levels - an important building block for mental performance and emotional well-being. The activated joy and movement also have a relieving effect on the heart and promote healthy cardiac activity.
All you need to take part is some space (approx. two metres in each direction), a ball and two cloths (e.g. tea towels).
