Mediterranean cuisine (not the red wine-heavy, pizza-defined lasagne diet ;-) ) is now regarded as the way to go for a healthy lifestyle and also keeps our hearts fit. But how can you quickly and easily implement this delicious way of eating in your own kitchen? Especially when time for cooking is often short and the appetite is already big? What are the typical ingredients for an effective protective shield?
We will get to the bottom of these and many other questions in a brisk 1.5 hours. To make sure it doesn't get boring, we'll be preparing Mediterranean dishes along the way. And the best thing about it - we can savour the delicious results afterwards!

Participation in the digital offer takes place from home. Approximately one week before the event, all participants will receive a list of ingredients by email so that they can be purchased in good time. Questions regarding allergens, etc. can be sent in advance by email to the instructor:
