I am currently working as a research assistant and Master’s student in the group. My thesis will focus on developing the PRotein Pharmacology Evaluation Tool (PROPHET), which estimates the potential side effects of new drug candidates by docking them to an array of pharmacologically relevant proteins.

Education:

October 2024 – present: MSc in Neuroscience and research assistant at QuantBioLab, working on a small-molecule inhibitor of cytochrome bd-I oxidase and PROPHET.

October 2020 – March 2024: Physics, Engineering and Medicine at the University of Oldenburg; thesis on: ‘AlphaFold-Driven Modelling of Cytochrome bd-I in E. coli: A Structural Approach to Antibiotic Design’
