As part of the "Catching up after Corona action programme for children and young people..." project (EaseCorona) programme, we offer product-oriented courses. This project focuses on the production of raised beds, the use of kitchen utensils in a cooking/baking course, handicrafts or sewing a puppet theatre as well as bicycle repair courses.

The leisure activities are offered to pupils from BBS Haarentor (Oldenburg), Von-Aldenburg-Schule (Varel), Grundschule Kreyenbrück (Oldenburg) and Grundschule an der Beethovenstraße (Delmenhorst). The programmes are aimed in particular at emotionally and socially impaired children and young people as well as young people who are learning German as a second language.

The programmes are supported by students who contribute their pedagogical experience and skills. The aim of the leisure programmes is to strengthen self-efficacy and develop self-concepts of ability that focus on perspectives other than school requirements. This is to be achieved through intensive contact in small groups.
