Teaching concept

The departure from narrow patterns of thought and language must become equally visible in theological research and teaching. On this basis, I teach systematic theology in the spaces in between in order to

  1. to constantly scrutinise my own theological convictions and to enable students to
  2. enable students to reflect and analyse self-critically.

Methodologically, I therefore design my course with this in mind,

to create spaces/basis(s) in which ambiguous (self-)critical and intensive discussions and independent de/reconstructive thinking and working processes can arise.

In terms of media didactics, I try to support the students by consciously utilising all their senses using differentiated material in the form of guiding questions, audio and video material, creative approaches and concrete experiential spaces.

I use the possibilities of digital teaching, hybrid formats and blended learning concepts to personalise teaching and, depending on the learning group, to be able to respond more specifically to the needs of individual students.
