The European Research Forum (EFF) on "Whiteness and Gender" aimed to establish a network of academics and activists working on this topic in a socio-critical manner. Scientists and activists from 19 countries took part (Austria, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, USA).
