Who is the Business Administration degree programme and the Sports Management certificate suitable for?

The Bachelor's degree programme is aimed at active and former competitive athletes who aspire to a responsible position in the management of companies, clubs or associations. The degree programme also opens the door to a career in areas such as sports promotion.
The Sports Management certificate programme is aimed at active athletes as well as employees of clubs and associations, fitness studios and event agencies. The further education programme is also ideal for entry into the professional field of sport.

What are the benefits of studying?

In the part-time Bachelor's programme, you will acquire comprehensive know-how to take on a responsible management position in companies, clubs, associations, in the field of sports promotion or in project leadership for sporting events. Around half of our graduates work in the private sector after their sporting career - often in a prominent position. The other half work in the sports sector. With this degree, you will be ideally prepared to act professionally at an administrative level in companies, clubs or associations.

How much time do I need to plan for?

Learning can be organised flexibly. You should plan around five to eight hours per week for each module. As the modules do not all start at the same time, the learning effort is spread out. It is therefore possible to take up to three modules per semester. You can find more details under Organisation of studies.
