Corporate education management – New Work and learning ecosystem

New paths for qualified personnel

With the shortage of skilled labour, the training and further education of staff is becoming increasingly important. At the same time, the digital transformation of in-company training is opening up new options. The programme teaches, among other things, how in-company training management controls all internal and external training, qualification and vocational training measures and ensures transfer into practice. Current developments in academic appointments and further education, work design (also beyond New Work), the validation of company competences and work-integrated forms of learning will be discussed. Participants will discuss what characterises a good learning ecosystem that ideally enables personalised learning for employees. They will also learn the basics of competence-based training controlling and discuss how training and management objectives can be combined.
