Teaching and learning in target group-specific programmes

The need for further education is constantly increasing due to social and technical transformations. This module teaches how innovative educational programmes can be developed that are geared towards different living, learning and knowledge environments. Target groups, didactic premises and basic teaching and learning strategies must be taken into account. The social character of learning is taken into account as well as learning theories focussing on experience orientation and reflection. Participants learn how the desired acquisition of skills, teaching strategies and examination formats can be harmonised in the concept of constructive alignment.
