More than just checking figures!

Controlling is often seen as a purely business management task. However, it involves far more than just checking figures. Rather, it provides concepts and tools with which organisations can be managed. With the knowledge acquired in the module, you will be able to plan, budget and review developments. You will be able to design and document innovation and operational processes. Your new skills will also include adapting KPI systems for your organisation and developing management proposals.

Who is the programme aimed at?

The programme is aimed in particular at subjects and managers in academic appointments and further education, personnel developers, education managers and trainers.

The module can be taken as certified further education or as part of the part-time MBA degree programmes in Education and Science Management and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. It concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. The certificate is fully recognised for the MBA programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
