Fundamentals of Business Administration

Theory and practice of entrepreneurial action

The module gives you an understanding of the various organisational, technical and financial aspects of businesses. This will enable you to proceed systematically in practice in order to make rational business decisions. The first step is to determine the strengths, weaknesses and strategic business areas of a company. Objectives are then defined, operationalised and implemented along the operational value chain.
This module provides you with a basic overview: You will be familiar with legal forms and location selection, primary activities such as procurement, production and sales, as well as overarching topics such as digitalisation, sustainability and business ethics.
