In this module, you will learn how to manage innovations in the company in a targeted manner. You will learn how to develop sustainable business models, what constitutes the management of innovation processes and how to successfully organise co-operations.

Who is the programme aimed at?

The model is suitable for anyone who wants to drive innovation in their company and systematically develop business models. It can be taken as certified further education or as part of the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration. The module concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. The certificate is fully recognised for the Bachelor's degree programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
