Acting confidently in management positions

The module teaches you how to use key tools for leading and communicating. You will recognise communication deficits and be able to rectify them in a targeted manner - in small and medium-sized companies as well as in large corporations. Your new expertise will also include utilising concepts such as emotional intelligence for management positions. You will also learn to reflect on your own leadership and communication behaviour.

Who is the programme aimed at?

The module is aimed at all those who hold or aspire to managerial positions. The topic of leadership and communication is particularly relevant in the area of human resources. The module can be taken as certified further education or as part of the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration. It concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. The certificate is fully recognised for the Bachelor's degree programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
