The module conveys strategies, goals and functions of recruiting and employer branding. Both areas are dealt with from different perspectives and their interaction is discussed. You will learn how exactly the strategic and operational organisation can be initiated and implemented in the company. The impact of digitalisation, globalisation and demographic developments on recruiting will also be discussed. In this practical module, you will also learn about concrete examples of best practice.

The module is aimed at professionals who work in HR management or marketing or would like to enter these areas.

You can take the module as certified further education or as part of the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration. It concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. The certificate is fully recognised for the Bachelor's degree programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
