This module teaches you what is important when marketing services: how customers and competitors behave and which tools you can use. You will also learn how quality can be measured and managed. Who is the programme aimed at?

The module is aimed at anyone who works in the service sector or in service-orientated markets or would like to enter them.

You can take the module as certified further education or as part of the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration. It concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. The certificate is fully recognised for the Bachelor's degree programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
