Workshop for employees: "Self-care for family and academic appointments: finding relaxation and setting (communicative) boundaries" on 28.04.26, 09.00 - 14.00 in presence.
In our free workshops with an external coach, you will receive impulses and practical tips on parenting and self-care in a professional and private context. Take the opportunity to exchange ideas and gather new ideas for everyday life.
Work is stressful and you're also managing everyday life and the household with a child. Do you feel overwhelmed or even overloaded some days trying to cope with everything and everyone? Which of your own needs and boundaries would you like to protect? How can you recharge your batteries and make breaks more relaxed? And how can you communicate this purposefully in your professional and private environment? The workshop will provide you with inspiration, an exchange of ideas and helpful strategies for action and communication.
We will also try out short relaxation exercises.

Participants: Employees with children / family responsibilities in science, administration and technology at the University of Oldenburg
