On Friday 22 May 2026, the graduation ceremony for graduates of the Master of Education degree programmes took place in the lecture theatre building at the University of Oldenburg.

Sixty-nine graduates from the teaching degree programmes for primary, secondary and lower secondary schools, grammar schools and special educational needs were honoured during a ceremony organised by the Centre for Teacher Education – Didactic Centre. They were accompanied by their families, friends and partners.

The opening address was given by Prof. Dr Teresa Sansour, Deputy Director for Teaching at the Centre for Teacher Education – Didactic Centre (DiZ), which coordinates teacher training at the university. Anastasia Off, a graduate of the M.Ed. Gymnasium programme, delivered the keynote speech on behalf of the graduates.

Tabea Hensel & Band provided the musical accompaniment for the ceremony.
