Diversity in the classroom = diversity in the staffroom!
The 2017 orientation days gave pupils an insight into the teacher training programme in connection with the issue of migration. During the two-day event, pupils were given the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the teacher training programme and the academic appointment of a teacher.
Representatives from the Didactic Centre (diz), the Central Student Advisory Service, the Student Union, the Institute of Educational Sciences and the Centre for Migration, Education and Cultural Studies as well as teachers from the teaching profession offered a wide range of opportunities for discussion and exchange. The participants also visited schools in Oldenburg on a school practice day and were able to observe lessons.
