Diversity in the classroom = diversity in the staffroom!
The orientation days "Diversity in the classroom = diversity in the staff room! Becoming a teacher" on 22 and 23 February 2016 at the University of Oldenburg, the participating students were given the opportunity to gain insights into teacher training in connection with the issue of migration.
Representatives from the Didactic Centre (diz), the Central Student Advisory Service, the Student Union, the Institute of Educational Sciences and the Centre for Migration, Education and Cultural Studies as well as teachers from the teaching profession offered a wide range of opportunities for discussion and exchange. The participants also visited schools in Oldenburg on a practical school day and were able to observe lessons.
