- My name, affiliation and e-mail address can be added to the conference mailing list to inform me about changes.
- My name and affiliation can also be printed on the conference participants list and name tags which will be open to see at the conference
If I cancel the symposium after October 15th or do not show up without a reasonable excuse (e.g. medical certificate or such), I will pay the cancellation fee of 250€
