Tasks
The department council is responsible for the fulfilment of the tasks of the department in accordance with § 2 of the regulations for the Department of Computing Science in research and teaching for the subjects combined in it, in accordance with the resolutions of the Presidium.
Composition and election
The department council consists of seven members, four of whom are from the group of university lecturers (HL), and one representative each from the staff group (WM), the MTV group and the student group.
The department council is elected by the department assembly for a term of office of two years (or one year for the student group).
