Prof Dr Iris Kirchner-Freis, LL.M.Eur. is Managing Partner/CEO of Hugo Grotius gGmbH and Founding Director of the Institute for IT, Media and Intellectual Property Law (MLS LEGAL). Since 2014, she has held a professorship for IT, Media and Intellectual Property Law (honorary professor) at the Faculty of Computing Science at the University of Bremen, Germany, where she has been a lecturer since 2009. She has been working as a lawyer specialising in copyright and media law, IT law and intellectual property law since 2001.
