Research and work focus
Prof Dr Eichelberger's research interests include civil law (in particular liability law), intellectual property and unfair competition law and medical law, as well as related areas of insurance law (in particular private health insurance law) and procedural law.
In addition to "classic" questions of these legal matters and their cross-references and influences on and on each other, a major focus of research is on the challenges posed by digitalisation, automation, "artificial intelligence" and innovation in general.
