Simonié Schlombs has been a lawyer since 2021 and specialises in advising on digital business models, in particular in the areas of IP/IT and data protection law and know-how protection. Before joining the commercial law firm Vogel Heerma Waitz (V14) as a lawyer, Ms Schlombs completed the LLM degree programme "Innovation, Technology and the Law" at the University of Edinburgh and gained experience in the field of IP/IT and data protection law as a lawyer and research assistant in commercial law firms specialising in these areas. In addition, Ms Schlombs already dealt with IP/IT and data protection law during her studies, including as part of the "Humboldt Law Clinic Internet Law".
