This joint project of the Department of Vocational and Business Education at Carl von Ossietzky University and the professorship for Vocational and Work Education at Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg is part of the pilot project funding programme "Vocational Education and Training for Sustainable Development 2015 - 2019" of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The three-year pilot project aims to develop, test, evaluate and establish an integrative set of tools for innovation management and skills acquisition for sustainable management in SMEs in the stationary retail sector.
