holds a Diplom degree in biology and, as a research assistant in the BMBF-funded joint projects PUG (Development of part-time degree programmes in nursing and health sciences) and PIZ (Nursing Innovation Centre), has developed and implemented part-time, competitive and science- and research-related degree programmes. She coordinates the Master's degree programmes Nursing - Advanced Nursing Practice (M.Sc.) and Health Services Research (M.Sc.). She is also responsible for the establishment and development of the regional education network Gesundheitscampus Oldenburg.
