About us
About us
The task of the Medical Ethics Committee of the University of Oldenburg is to advise on biomedical research projects. Depending on the research project, advice is provided in accordance with the Medicinal Products Act (except for procedures under EU-V 536/2014), MDR/Medical Devices Implementation Act (MPDG), StrSchG, Transfusion Act, Professional Code of Conduct of the Lower Saxony Medical Association, according to the statutes or at the request of the applicant as a voluntary consultation.
