Event announcement: AKEK Forum ‘One Study – One Vote’
Dear Sir or Madam,
The ‘One Study – One Vote’ procedure is now established nationwide. Virtually all ethics committees now meet the legal requirements for participation; the necessary amendments to professional codes of conduct have largely been finalised. In practice, however, questions continue to arise regarding the specific conduct of the procedure, the guidelines and special cases.
The AKEK would like to offer researchers and other academic applicants the opportunity to receive detailed information on the procedure as part of a training session, to ask questions and to share practical experiences. The AKEK forum ‘One Study – One Vote’ will take place online on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, from 10.00 to 12.00.
To ensure that the discussion is as focused and practical as possible, we would ask you to send your questions in advance, by 7 September 2026 at the latest, to .
You can register using the registration form at: AKEK Forum ‘One Study – One Vote’ – AKEK – Working Group of Medical Ethics Committees.
For technical reasons, the number of participants in the video conference is limited. We therefore ask that you register in advance. Should the number of registrations exceed the number of places available, we reserve the right to prioritise participation. You will receive the access details in good time before the event begins, once your registration has been confirmed.
