Heart health is a women's issue. After all, cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in women.
However, the female heart is often mistakenly equated with the male heart - or not even considered at all. However, the sexes differ in terms of heart rate and metabolism, for example. Cardiovascular diseases can progress very differently and are influenced by hormones, for example.
In this digital workshop, participants will learn about the background and differences in women's heart health. The preventative importance of exercise and mental health in relation to the cardiovascular system will be explained and how changes can be made.
The workshop is explicitly aimed at women - participants will be able to ask questions, engage in dialogue and gain an overview of female heart health in a pleasant atmosphere.
