programme is designed to help you start a healthier lifestyle. Together with other interested people, you can try out whether this form of exercise is something for
you and improve your stamina.
Like Spinning©, indoor cycling is a heart rate-orientated workout on a stationary bike, where you can noticeably improve your stamina in a way that is easy on the joints.
As a positive side effect, the leg and buttock muscles are also strengthened. Our qualified
trainer will introduce you to indoor cycling and improve your endurance with a few easy-to-learn riding techniques. Thanks to the infinitely adjustable resistance on the cycling bikes, everyone can train at
their own level.
This course is not a rehab course! The programme is intended to support the prevention of heart disease. It is possible to join after the start of the course.
