...the project ‘Transition from Erasmus to digital processes’ was concluded. The aim of the project was to digitise the Erasmus process in line with EU requirements. This is a prerequisite for participation in the Erasmus programme. The project ran from April 2019 to December 2025.

...the project “Transfer of central fleet management from Division 2 to Division 4” was completed. The aim of the project was to transfer fleet management accordingly, including the implications for decentralised fleet management units as well as processes and documentation. The project ran from March 2025 to May 2026.

..the project “Expansion of access segments on the CampusCard” has been approved. The project aims to adapt staff cards to the future requirements of digital access control systems. The project is scheduled to run until June 2028.
