The central administration plays a key role in laying the foundations for the successful implementation of the university's core processes. A modern administration is crucial to meeting the challenges of our time and making the university fit for the future.

Our projects are brought together in the VP-V project portfolio. They are geared towards the needs of a dynamic and diverse university community and focus on four central categories: Digitalisation, Internationalisation, Service-oriented Administration and Sustainability.

In the VP-V project portfolio board, projects are prioritised with a view to strategic goals, as scarce resources must be deployed in a targeted manner and conflicts between projects must be identified at an early stage.
