At the 15th meeting of the VP-V project portfolio board, the project proposal for the introduction of the digital personnel file was approved. As a recommended result of the preliminary project, the project has already started on 1 May 2024, but the project proposal has only now been officially approved.

A document management system is to be implemented, the current files digitised and the personnel file implemented in the system over the course of the project until 31.01.2027. The shift to working from home and the expansion of teleworking as well as the ongoing digitalisation of work processes demonstrate the necessity of the project.
