The project has three objectives:

1. Raising awareness and fostering connections

• Professionals should be made aware of the issue of young (adult) carers
• Existing structures for collaboration between regional stakeholders and existing services should be highlighted
• Establishing a regional network

2. Awareness-raising

• Joint development and implementation of information and awareness-raising measures that can be used across regions

3. Launch of a support service

• Joint development and piloting of a support service
• Possible integration of the support service with existing KoggE services

Throughout the project, a participatory, multi-perspective approach will be adopted in order to take into account as many viewpoints as possible from the various stakeholders when developing support structures and services.
