On this page, we provide information on applying and enrolling if you hold a German university entrance qualification.
Online applications for Bachelor’s degree programmes with restricted intake were open until 15 July 2026.

It is important to note that the aptitude tests take place in advance or in parallel to the actual application or enrolment for the degree programme. In order to be able to take part, you must register in good time.
The following deadlines apply for registration and publication of the tasks for the aptitude tests:

Subjects with no entry requirements -
Enrolment for the 2026/2027 winter semester
Online enrolment for Bachelor’s degree programmes with no admission restrictions, for the first and subsequent semesters, is available here until 15 October .
For degree programmes with no entry requirements, a place can be guaranteed provided that all selection criteria are met and the enrolment documents are submitted by the deadline .
Please note the different deadline for subjects with an aptitude test.
Change of subject or change of degree programme
Applications to change subject or change of degree programme in the first semester must be submitted online via this portal by 15 October for subjects with no admission restrictions.
Under ‘Field of study’, select the option ‘No second subject, change of degree programme’.
Once you have completed the online form, you will receive the enrolment proposal as a file that you can print out. Please send this, together with the documents listed, to the University of Oldenburg by the deadline .
Important note
Please do NOT use
email addresses from hotmail / outlook / live / windowslive / icloud / gmail when applying or in any further correspondence!
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to send emails to these addresses.
Be aware of application deadlines
The University of Oldenburg must receive a complete application from you by 12 midnight of the last day of the applicable deadline. The date of the postmark will not be taken into account.
Please observe the possibilities for submitting documents within the deadline!
Important note!
External applicants must re-register for each procedure.
For students of the University of Oldenburg with Stud.IP access (abcd1234), no new registration is required. Please log in to Stud.IP . Under 'Study details' (top bar) you can access the administration of your student data, under 'Degree programmes' you can apply directly for the degree programme of your choice.
