The University of Oldenburg must receive a complete application from you by 12 midnight of the last day of the applicable deadline. The date of the postmark will not be taken into account.
Please observe the possibilities for submitting documents within the deadline!

Application for the winter semester 2026 / 2027
The online application is valid for all dual-subject Bachelor's programmes with restricted admission at the University of Oldenburg.
For subject Bachelor's degree programmes with restricted admission, however, please register at hochschulstart.de and then apply via the application portal of the University of Oldenburg.

The online application for admission-restricted dual-subject Bachelor's programmes in the first and higher semesters and for admission-restricted Bachelor's programmes in the higher semesters is available hereuntil 15 July.
This deadline also applies if only one of your chosen degree programmes is subject to admission restrictions.
Students at the University of Oldenburg who wish to make a change of subject or degree programme to a subject with restricted admission should also apply via the application portal.
After completing the online form, you will receive the proposal for enrolment as a printable file. Send this together with the listed documents to the University of Oldenburg by the deadline .
