Who is the programme aimed at?

The module is aimed at subjects and managers who would like to gain further education in personnel management. It can be taken as certified further education or as part of the part-time MBA degree programmes in Education and Science Management and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship.

The module concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies. This certificate is fully recognised for the MBA programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
