Research methods in innovation management

Collect, analyse and present empirical data

What do customers want? How satisfied are employees and what open needs are there? In order to use the answers for management or marketing decisions, surveys must be methodologically sound. The Research Methods module teaches you how to collect and analyse empirical data independently. Both qualitative and quantitative methods are covered. With your new expertise, you will be able to design and analyse questionnaires or interviews and present the results professionally.
