This project module serves to sustainably secure the target group-specific services via corresponding networking and cooperation activities in Lower Saxony, Bremen and the Rhine-Main region. The basis for this are existing structures, which will be appropriately developed so that they can be integrated into the target group-specific services (further education and the counselling interface).

Among other things, the issues of connectivity and barriers to accessing higher education institutions with regard to the educational biographies of higher and highly qualified third-country nationals with educational qualifications or educational goals are to be addressed and nationwide standards for their targeted counselling and further education are to be promoted in order to ensure that this target group has equal opportunities to participate in education via higher education institutions. A nationwide symposium on this topic is being planned.

The long-term goal is to establish and locate a college of education at universities and colleges in Lower Saxony and Bremen as well as in the Rhine-Main region.
