On 6 December 2019, the University of Oldenburg bid farewell to graduates of the Master of Education programme. 123 future teachers for primary, secondary and intermediate schools, grammar schools and special schools were presented with their degree certificates at a ceremony in the lecture hall centre.

In addition to the Vice Director of Teaching at the Centre for Teacher Training - Didactic Centre (DiZ), Prof. Dr Dr Joachim Willems, University Vice President Prof. Dr Meinhard Simon also gave a welcoming address. The Oldenburg trio Trésalle provided the musical framework for the ceremony.
