Graduation ceremony on 7 Dec. 2012

A total of 123 graduates from the Master of Education degree programmes in primary and secondary schools, secondary modern schools, grammar schools and M.Ed. Special Education received their certificates in the Audimax on Friday. After a welcoming address by Prof. Dr Bernd Siebenhüner, Vice President for Young Academics and Quality Management, Prof. Dr Thorsten Pohl, Director of the Didactic Centre, and Swantje Zipfel, representing the student body of teachers, congratulated all graduates. Prof. Dr Gert Reich gave the speech on behalf of the teaching staff, while Anne Wattjes & Julia Küchenmeister presented the degree programme from the students' perspective. The jazz ensemble of the University of Oldenburg under the direction of Prof. G. Bernhard F. Mergner and the singer-songwriter duo "Spieltrieb" provided the musical programme.
