It supports language promotion in Lower Saxony's kindergartens and in the 3,300 schools in the state and promotes the intercultural skills of the 86,000 teachers. In co-operation with:

The Migranetz - network of teachers with a migration background in Lower Saxony - has set itself the goal of networking and supporting teachers with a migration background (further training opportunities, counselling, regional get-togethers), strengthening the next generation of teachers (support for students and trainee teachers with a migration background) and increasing the integration opportunities of pupils with a migration background. The University of Oldenburg is a young and dynamic university with many career-orientated study options and internationally visible research. It offers a total of over 80 degree programmes, including special courses for migrants without a German university degree. With its teacher training programme for all types of schools and numerous combinations of subjects, the University of Oldenburg is a leader in Lower Saxony.
