secuTrial is a professional, multi-client capable, fully browser-based GCP-compliant Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for capturing patient data via eCRFs in clinical trials or non-interventional studies and patient registries.

The software is used by the Coordination Centre for Clinical Trials (KKS Oldenburg) as a Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) for data management in clinical trials. Such specialised software with corresponding quality assurance processes is particularly required in highly regulated studies with medicinal products and medical devices in order to comply with legal requirements (CTR/AMG; MDR/MPDG) and the international standard of good clinical practice(GCP).

secuTrial is a product of the company interActive Systems (iAS) and is operated by the Research Data Management Service Centre on servers in the IT services Data Centre. The technical responsibility for the system lies with the Coordination Centre for Clinical Trials (KKS Oldenburg) of School VI.
