• Access to the SoSci Survey Server is granted upon by e-mail.

• You can find very detailed user instructions in German at www.soscisurvey.de/help/doku.php/de:start - if you have any questions, please use the search function in the instructions first.
• The software manufacturer also offers introductory/training videos in English: www.soscisurvey.de/de/screencast
• If you have any questions about implementing special requirements with SoSci Survey, you may find answers in the official support forum: support.soscisurvey.de/
• Information on data protection (including templates) can be found in the operating concept.
• If you have technical problems or general questions, the Research Data Management Service Centre will of course also be happy to help.
• Please understand that we can only offer limited support for use outside School VI. However, the server can be used by all members of the university without restriction.
