Representatives from universities, academic networks, and research organisations across Europe met in Luxembourg to discuss the future of undergraduate research and strengthen European collaboration.

44 student projects across eight thematic clusters have been selected for presentation. The exhibition opens on 25 June 2026 and will be running until 17 July 2026.

Students presented their bachelor research on sustainability and inclusion at the Austrian Parliament and entered into dialogue

Undergraduate students presented their research at Luxembourg’s Chamber of Deputies, engaging directly with policy-makers and highlighting the value of evidence-based, citizen-centred decision-making.

Undergraduate researchers showcased their work at Ireland’s parliamentary buildings in Póstaeir san Oireachtas, bringing research into the heart of policy-making.

The first national `Posters in Brussels´ event takes place in Vilnius and brings undergraduate research directly into the heart of Lithuanian Democracy: the halls of Seimas (Parliament of Lithuania). 

Posters in Brussels consortium and international partners sign London Statement, committing to intensified international collaboration in undergraduate research activities. 

Our visit to the “Posters in Parliament” event at the UK Parliament in March 2025 was a day full of inspiration for our own national Posters in Parliament sessions in Austria, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, and Luxembourg.

Members of the five participating universities met in Oldenburg, Germany to officially launch the project. Our goal: highlight the value of UR and promote dialogues between students and policy-makers. Stay tuned for updates on our journey!
