For organisational reasons, the lectures and presentations at this year's Information Day will once again take place mainly in lecture theatre building A14.
The programme includes, among other things
- Hands-on activities, e.g. on app programming;
- Exhibits by students on the use of Computing Science systems
- in decentralised energy management,
- in innovative user interfaces in everyday objects,
- to increase safety in road traffic,
- as service robots, e.g. in the catering industry,
- as racing drivers in (miniaturised) motor sports,
- in the control of unmanned aerial vehicles
- ...;
- a student lecture "Best year of my life - Two semesters in the project group:
Profit maximisation of distributed energy systems" on the central study element of the project group in the Master's degree course; - Specialist lectures that provide entertaining insights into the core areas of Computing Science and thus convey what you can expect in the Infomatics degree programme;
- overview lectures on the structure of the various computer science degree programmes;
- as well as a wide range of natural opportunities to talk to computer science students and lecturers and find out
- how varied and exciting a computer science degree programme is and
- whether it suits your inclinations and wishes.
