Practical projects and final-year projects

The Integrated Media degree programme is characterised by its integration of theoretical and practical content . Students’ practical work is presented and exhibited in appropriate settings in order to recognise their work outside of seminars and practical sessions. The Institute of Art and Visual Culture’s ‘Showtime’ events, exhibitions organised in co-operation with Oldenburg’s museums, and project presentations at conferences thus offer outsiders an insight into the work of Integrated Media students.

These pages showcase individual, notable practical projects completed by students during their seminars and practical sessions. This gives prospective students the opportunity to gain an insight into the practical aspects of the Integrated Media degree programme.

The Master’s thesis in Integrated Media may consist of up to 50 per cent practical work. The practical final projects by Integrated Media graduates demonstrate what this practical component might look like.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who has made their work available.

A general overview of special seminars and projects can also be found here: Special Seminars & Projects.
