Resilience, self-efficacy and responsibility in everyday university life

Description

Alongside professional expertise, social connectedness, mental resilience and the ability to take responsibility for one’s own actions are becoming increasingly important.
This four-part workshop helps employees to strengthen their personal resources, deal constructively with stress and become more aware of their own effectiveness in their day-to-day work. The focus is on adopting a health-promoting mindset, successful collaboration and actively shaping one’s own working environment.

Through brief theoretical input, self-reflection, peer discussion and practical exercises, participants develop individual strategies that can be directly applied to their everyday working lives. Between sessions, short transfer tasks support the long-term implementation of these strategies.
