Biodiversity of sustainably managed forests
The COST Action 18207 'BOTTOMS-UP aims to improve the impact of sustainable management in Central European forests on biodiversity. The COST Action is formed by scientists from 34 countries and aims to bring together locally collected data and the extensive knowledge of the experts. To this end, a standardised platform for the collection of data on biodiversity and forest structure will be created, standardised protocols for the recording of biodiversity data will be developed and recommendations for forest management will be analysed.
Funding:
The COST Action BOTTOMS-UP is funded by COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology)
