In our module, controlling is understood as the entirety of concepts and instruments with which companies and other organisations can be managed. Among other things, you will learn about the role controlling plays in transformation processes.

The Leadership and Personnel Management module provides practical know-how for personnel management challenges. The focus is on how employees can be recruited, motivated and developed. This central management task requires personnel management in the sense of leadership and effective and efficient personnel work.

The module Strategic Management and Organisational Change teaches how strategies can be assessed, developed and implemented. Methods for strategically analysing the corporate environment and internal company resources are developed on the basis of economic theory, which you can put into practice immediately.
